I can't speak to the "2013-2014" part as mine said 07-14 but the one I purchased looked exactly like that... 2010 Tahoe. Comes with a bracket that you must drill three 3/8" holes for on the bottom side of the bumper plate (right above the hitch itself). Then attached the bracket with the push pins that come with the kit and slide it on... Takes less than 30 mins to do. Looks like this afterwards:
