I'm sure that guy has great reputation on this forum but after you spend $50-100 on paint your paying more then a new one for $80 at any stock color.

but if you're going to have to get it painted anyway cuz your color wasn't available in 09+ then I don't see the difference

your WRONG. It's not ANY stock color.

exactly. That what I'm trying to explain to people. I paid $90 for it. THEN I had to get it painted my color since it was only made in 07 & 08 and these hitch covers only come in 09 & up colors.

So if you have an 09 or up, OR an 07 or 08 color that was also made in 09, then you can get a new one for $90 (or whatever) and you're done.

If you have a color that was only made in 07 or 08, then you will have to buy one, any one, and then have it color matched.

Oh ok I gotcha now. I didn't realize you we're talking about 07-08 colors. Mine is a 2010 so they have those colors stock on the website I listed. So in that case that would be a good buy.
