Hmm.. Still Waiting

I was just curious to how long people have waited on an email from blackbear? I know people are busy and all, but i been waiting 5 days for just an email about a tune back. Not mad or anything, just in need of a tune for my truck, and was wanting one quick as possible. Thought i would post on here and see if i could get someone from blackbear to post back or even email me back.

Be patient. it'll be worth it. mine took about 17 days but I still need a readjustment. they are way behind on emails. that's what happens when you provide a great product or service. I'm sure most will agree that the wait is worth it but I'm an impatient person so it was tough waiting and waiting. my truck runs great now. just needs a small adjustment and I'm good. good luck or email jennabear. she's on here a lot and will return *** fast.

I found your email that you sent on 3/13, did you send one before that? We have had a HUGE influx of emails in the past two weeks. Compound that with the tuning trip from last weekend, we are a tad backed up. Justin should be getting to you shortly, he has been staying up each night to get them done.

I looked into your recent emails and I don't see a request for a readjustment. Just a follow up log file.
