hmmm..bass gonna deploy airbag?

No, i really know its not going to but since i had the new head unit and my cap installed my system bangs even harder...so im driving yesterday playing young jeezy seeing what the system could do and while banging my service airbag notification came on and the idiot light on the dash as well. I got home turned the truck off and then back on the light and note didnt come back on. Did it again today while i was banging hard. Has anyone else had this happen? Just wondering

probaly just your truck calling u an airbag for listening to young jeezy. and making everyone around you listen to it too.

but realistically, its prbally a lose connection that just surfaced with all the shaking. did u remove anything during the install that needs to be checked again? just watch it and see if it does it again.

just helped finishing a system that doing 160+ on music. its in a yukon and since its air bag light light popped up or popped for that matter you probably just have a bad connection b/c im sure your system isnt doing 160db on music...
my ears are still ringing 2 days later. but that system is pure overkill for daily.
why on earth would you need 4 18s 30,000k watts walled in a yukon... first he wanted to copy smd, then he said he wanted to shut him down lol
but we all know steve's system isnt meant for spl...he does like 155-156 on music which is still nuts. 150 is good for me... well 150 tuned low... not at 45hz.
when im able to ima finish my truck and maybe tune it lower than it is now... thinking somewhere between 28-32hz vs 38

yea im on sugarloaf pkwy in lawrenceville.
scott lives in canton. i met him at a walgreens and was super impressed with his truck. has a vette engine, twin turbo, nos, straight pipe thats loud as sh*t for no reason.
met another guy off the forum at chevron that has a 6.2 in a denali with twin turbo's and straight piped..said he's pushing 750+hp... anyone know him? i remember him saying he worked at or owned a shop but i didn't have my phone on me at the time

the guys name its scott graham. hopefully he'll join the forum.
i didnt build his system or anything he just used my oscope to set his gains which were well under the clipping level.
once we used the oscope his gains are set properly now.
i guess sundown says the amps are stable at 2ohm strapped but he's running them at 1ohm strapped and they're taking it like a champ. sundown rep told him at 1ohm ohm strapped (.5ohm each amp) that they can do close to 11000rms at 12v. the lowest i saw the voltage drop was 13.1 so he's packing at least 22000rms just going to the subs which is ungodly imo lol
just got home from barney birthday bash live with my kids, time to put them to sleep
