Clean air filter.
How about PCV valve?
Grease brake slider pins.
Inspect parking break.
Engine clean.
Just random ideas. Nice truck!

Yes greased the brake slider pins, and also the little rail the pads slide on, the back of both front rotors was scorched on the slots(have drilled and slotted rotors) Seemed to help a lot. Need to look at the back now.

I guess proper maintenance is the biggest key to improving MPGs at the end of the day.
