hose question

I have a 95 Tahoe and there are these two hoses that go to the front of the heater valve there metal and then go to a rubber hose one comes from the front near the water pump and the other comes from the back of the engine on the top it looks like, I have been looking around online and really can't find anything these hoses are fine for now but just would like to know what there called so I can get them in the future if I ever need them, thanks for the help

those are just std heater hoses, the one in the back of the intake has a quick release fitting that probably needs to come out and be replaced with a regular brass fitting if you haven't done so already.

thanks for the info, never seen hoses like that before, so the back one you pop the house out and replace it? what about the front one, and any kinda link to that brass fitting your talking about? thanks for the help
