You can compare the body line down your door for yourself to determine the size of your lift. I'm on 315/70/17s which translates to a 34.5" tire.
To me, you have a larger gap between your front tire and fender than I do on 7.5". Your rear tire to fender ratio looks very similar to my truck at 6".
6" lift

7.5" lift

At 7.5", I still had slight tire rub on full turns. Results will vary on wheel spacing and tire width. I had to trim the valance, "gut" the Z71 plastics behind the front wheels and shave down a small 1" section of my inner wheel well.
