How can I get a window that's stuck in the up position out of the door?

Hey guys, I've been riding around with the window stuck up for over a year now and I'm posting this back up again so that maybe a fresh face might know how to do it.

The window motor is kaput, it won't budge at all. I've gotten all the way down to trying to wiggle the inner door skin and window assembly out of the door in one piece, but don't want to break the window.

Does anyone have any suggestions as to the best way to replace the motor when the window is stuck up? Is there a way to drill out the motor rivets from the back to release the glass?

I'm tired of opening my door for every drive-thru, atm, and to let the heat out. The frickin' Chiltons says "Roll the window all the way down." :893Chainsaw-Smilie- How am I supposed to do that with a burned out motor?!?

I put my rage face on and ripped that shit out. It's a '99...like my sig says and OBS since I'm posting in the OBS section. There are no bolts on the back of the track like the NBS windows. I guess if your window is stuck up, you have to lower the inner door skin with the window attached all the way to the ground bending the regulator arms a good ways. Then once it's at the ground, you twist the front up and back and rotate the rollers out of the window track. I just finished dilling/dremeling/punching/cussing all the rivets off the regulator and motor. Just gotta go to the hardware store and get some bolts to put it all back together again.
