Hi,

Today I started my project rewiring the e.fans but I was facing few obstacles, one of them was this:

This part it was used to connect the extra battery to the main and the efans too!

I was told that it from the Corolla alternator!

What I did is canceling this part and getting red of it and I connected the ex battery directly the main battery.

Is it right?

unknown at this time.
uh highly dangerous that thing is. you can parallel the batteries for more storage capacity but most people isolate them so on does not drain the other. like run a winch on the aux battery without draining the starting battery. and yes the efans main power line should be on the battery or a well engineered power distribution device of some sort.

It's a rectifier from an alternator with some wires attached to it.

If the words corolla and alternator gave it away as you claim the second post here wouldn't have been asking what he is looking at.

That my friend is called rigging it to work. And I must say that was probably done way before all the aftermarket items have become available so cheap now days. Toss it and get the proper items for a dual battery setup.
