How did you mount your roof rack?

I have a Surco Safari roof rack and didnt want to fork out the money for the cheap looking mounts from Surco. How did you guys attach yours to the factory roof rails?

No one? Im sure a couple of people have mounted a Surco Rack to their 2 door on here that can provide some good advice?
