How do I Disabling autoride system?

I am replacing the auto ride shocks with standard shock on my 04YD, and I saw on here somewhere the process to disable the autoride system. Can someone help me out please and thank you.

Try removing the negative battery to reset the computer. Then let it idle for a couple min.
