How do you get the third row seat unlatched when it does not want to unlatch? We got it once by luck, The rest of the times we can't. Its like it does not release enough to clear the bars the seat latches to. Any ideas? The seat is all the way down and the #2 lever pulls up and seat gets loose but does not release.

yea mine needed some WD-40 bad. you have to wiggle the seat back and forth and grab that bent bar and pull it towards you. then you push forward to release.

Yeah...it is really annoying, had to WD-30 mine and then basically pull up o the unlabeled bar and just pull it hard, straight back. Truck is only 2 years old and the damn thing sticks.

Mine is same way and the bar won't pull back. I had already tried it. I hate to use wd-40 in the yukon. I have a loop on the backside under the seat and i'm not sure what it does but it does not help any. Its spring loaded though. You can rock the seat up and down but thats it and it locks tight when its locked down. I guess I will have to keep working at it. I don't use the seat a lot so i may just leave it up after i get it open since its a pain in the butt to unlock it.

Yeah, it is a pain. I ended up putting some old clock oil on it and finally came loose. You really have to squeeze and rattle that bar while moving the seats to get it to come off. Wish it was as easy as the 1,2,3 levers!
