How do You Re-attach a Rear Window Defroster Electrical Connector

Hi Folks,

I've got a detached electrical spade connector from the rear window defroster strip on the rear window. It looks like it was soldered on, but this may have been a repair made by the previous owner.

Any suggestions/recommendations on how to re-attach the electrical spade commentator to the defroster strip would be greatly appreciated.
