Rear door seals doesn't hold the dirt from the outside

hi folks
tahoe 2008

It seems that all the dirt from the streets doesn't properly get hold by the seal and it appears inside the door (see photos). looks like there is a gap between the door and the seal. Any way to fix that? Thanks in advance

I may not be seeing the pics right but if you have slush and salt and dirt build up and open/close the door, some of that will get by a seal during the open/close process. Have you thought about replacing the entire door opening seal? Is it on both doors? has it ever been wrecked? Front door? rear door?
