They float around all over the place stock or lifted. My slammed denali with aftermarket sways isn't nearly as effected but it still gets pushed around in high winds. Physics is a son of a *****.

aftermarket sways

Okay, I know NADA,nothing about sways. Can someone give me a very elementary explination about how they help in wind? The name "sways" gives me an idea that they stabilize/keep centered??... I'm no mechanic, looked at the pictures, but just need a basic description if you can.

Thanks

basically what sway-bars aka stabilizer bars do is help stabilize the truck under severe turns by moving force from one side of the body to another side.

Think about what happens to your truck in a sharp turn. If you are inside the truck, you know that your body gets pulled toward the outside of the turn. The same thing is happening to all the parts of the truck.

Hope this helps

Thanks
