Has anyone here pully a tranny guys ??

I need to start working on mine asap!
How high do i have to jack it up ?
If you have pully a tranny how high did you jack it up ??

That's a great pic..
With the jack stands you will be able to drop out the exhaust no problem. The tranny will drop down I would make sure you put a yoke cap on the end of the tranny when the drive shaft is removed so fluid doesn't come out.
Lift the front would be better only cuz the bellhousing is kinda tall and you will need clearance for that.
The only issue I had was when I lowered the tranny with the jack, when it was all the way down the jack was to high to get the tranny out. so I had to roll it onto my dolly.

Chalk the wheels front of the tires and back so it doesn't roll either way..

the yukon only comes with 2 short tire wedges, not enough i think to the tyres properly.

How about something screwing up a 6 inch wooden frame with 2 x 4 around each of the front tire? do you think it will work. It could bolt into the ground.

Do you have drive up ramps? I think they make some that are pretty high..
That would be very safe..
