How low can I go? Just ordered tires!

Saying this without quantifying wheel width and offset doesn't hold much weight.

I was on 305/35/24 with 24x10 +25, dropped 3.5/5, and only had minor rubbing over big drops in the front. The rears had PLENTY of room

Like 98% of 24” wheels that are 6x5.5 are 10” wide and +25-35mm offset. So unless he has some custom one-off wheels then my comment holds plenty of weight.

I have never ran 24s, only 22s.

I was running a 4/6 drop on 285/40/22 tires with zero rubbing. I did do the "Norcal" mod to the front.

After swapping tires out to a 305/40/22 it rubbed horribly so I lifted the truck up 2" all the way around and am now at 2/4 with no rubbing.

I am not certain how all of this may relate to your wheels and drop BUT I was tagged so I figured I better respond so I don't end up in trouble with the boss... @89Suburban .... lol

I loved the 4/6 drop. The only reason I changed to the 305/40s is because I wanted to try the Michelin tires and they didn't offer them in a 285/40. They did have a 295/40 but the cost was literally twice as much as the 305s. 305 = $232 each and 295 = $465 each... crazy.

After these wear out I will probably try to find some 285s and go back to the 4/6.

I agree that the majority are, until you get into some goofy spec "TrUk WhEeLs", but just saying that a tire size will or won't work without also quantifying the width and offset is misleading.

You know I have mad respect for you, just pointing something out.

Here is mine. Belltech 753 kit.2/4 drop on 305/35 24. Rubbed bad in front until I heated and pushed the liners in some. Now only rubs if I turn to far. Not a big deal. Back rubbed some so I trimmed a little and installed 1/4 spacers. I had 295/35 that were wore when I did the drop and had plenty of clearance in the front. Here is a before and after. First 2 are 295/35. Last 2 are 305/35

I'm on 305/35/24 with 24x10 +31, dropped 2/4. Front rubs only on lock to lock.

If you are dropping for looks, drop spindles are the way to go. If you are lowering for performance reasons, the DO NOT get drop spindles. Look at DJM suspension for lowering front A-arms. Tubular and includes poly bushings.

I'm on my racing wheels at the moment so she is showing her gaps (285/30/ZR22)

Can’t help you with low settings but your truck looks awesome! What are you using for wax/coating - ceramic or wax? Really nice glow!

Hope you don't have 4 x 4. Cause if you off set the dynamics beyond the tolerance you can bust diffs. Be sure what you are doing.
