Why is the front at different heights in the pictures? I wish it was possible to daily with 28's where I'm from. It's just not worth the risk

I found those pics floating around online. I was able to find his cardomain.com page and those pics above are at two different heights.

In the last two pics he is running a 2/3 drop and in first two pics he is claiming a 4/5 drop.
