How many of your remotes (unlock, lock, alarm) still work?

Both of mine are fine. I replaced the batteries and cases on both of mine shortly after purchase... ~3 years ago.

2002. Both of mine still work but I had to replace the shell on one of them. Dropped too many times...

I had my cases replaced. It was a mistake. I noticed that some may have some plastic parts that have to be removed in ordre to the electronic board to fit inside perfectly.
Then the rubber button may move freely. Mine doesn't though I dremelled the holes already. THey work for 1-2 days ion a row then the battery is drained dead.
The easiest way would be to find new remote control. Sadly, the FCC ID i'm looking for is extremly rare.

Mine work on my 04 XL Denali but having to really mash the buttons. Is that because I need new batteries or a new case? I didn't know you could just buy the case. Where do you get one and how hard is it to replace? Just pop out the circuit board and put in the new case? Thanks

The people I got my Tahoe from gave us 3 fobs and one works and I can't get the battery out of two of them. And when I looked up how to remove it none of the fobs match mine [emoji35]

Open key fob. Remove and replace batt, close key fob. They should all be pretty similar and straight forward.
