I can understand the transport and chip shortage, but what would be the QC issues? The fact that some folks and VINs and some do not (mine has no vin or window sticker per my dealer) is an interesting nugget to me.
I think some are sitting finished waiting on transport and some are sitting short a chip or in quality control.
Please add my stuck in Midlothian Tahoe to your list 1gnsknkd3nr179385 TY!!Unfortunately, that is not the case; I've been tracking these VINs since 04/27. This is not entirely reliable however; there are two on this list that still show in Midlothian that have already been delivered to the dealership and into the customer's hands.
I have actually called the dealerships that have some of these vehicles, to ask if they know when these might be coming in, or to see if they have any additional details as to WHY they are sitting, and they are just as in the dark as we are...
If you'd like to send me your VIN, I can add it to this list.

My dealer tells me the rail car with my Tahoe is still sitting in Toledo since Tuesday. Must be why no new update on delivery.Reposted from the other midlothian thread (mods should merge).
Heard from my dealer a few minutes ago that my truck built 4/13 is in the affected group. According to him it is the power mirror controller, and that we are looking at 2-3 months to get parts and clear backlog. He's looking into getting me a '23 order (wanted one of the new colors from the get go that wasn't offered on '21-'22). I'm betting if they can get an allocation, I'll see the '23 before the '22 even ships.
