How much should I lift my 99 4dr 4x4 tahoe

I want to keep it under 2,000$. and I think i want 18 inch rims with some 33in tires

that shouldnt be hard... you can fit 285s with some crank wich are around a 32.5 tall tire. you could do a 3inch bl and fit the 33s or crank and block. even a 4inch suspension lift if you dont like body lifts

I definitely don't want a body lift. i called a 4x4 place close to me and they quoted me 2000-3000 for a 4 inch lift installed. It's a little too much for me so I think I'm gonna go with a two inch lift. new shocks in the front and an add-a-leaf or two inch block in the back.

I was quoted 1600 for a RCX 6" kit installed, so I think your shop is out of line unless they were also regearing or wheels and tires were included

well it was my dad that called so I'm not sure what all was included, but I'm pretty sure rims and tires weren't.

you always got to call more than one place for anything from a spark plug to a

new engine . . . there all out to stick ya for good mainly the little shops that

get little bizznes and no option for reviews or feed back but there not the only

ones
