something similar to this but without the vise is what i would recommend. Just get your self a hammer and socket and your good to go.

Hammer and an old 5/8 spark plug socket. Its the perfect size socket to bang on the u-joint caps

yep, thats what i do but on the ground.. BFH and some blaster sometimes
