How to confirm I'm buying OEM wheels?

There is a seller local to me who regularly advertises OEM take-off wheels on Craigslist. I'm planning to buy a set of 22" wheels from him this afternoon, and he just wrote back that they're coming from Atlanta but they're not here yet. Originally I just assumed he worked at either a dealership or an aftermarket shop and he sold OEM wheels when the customer upgraded to aftermarket. Now I'm wondering if these are aftermarket wheels that they mounted Bridgestones on to pass them off as OEM.

What should I look for to make sure I'm getting genuine OEM wheels?

You will see the GM stamp on the inside of the wheel usually on a spoke like this. This is an OEM wheel. And usually an identifying number of some sort.
