How to eject a DVD

See how mine isn’t lit up? I know what you guys are talking about, but I am asking if there’s some kind of trick that I’m missing because it won’t eject. The button is unresponsive, and I don’t see anyway to do it from the screen.

might be a bad button or dead drive or cable, doesn't that whole panel lift up?

Thanks, guys. I had planned to check it out this evening, but now the vehicle is in the shop due to a misfire and a flashing check engine light. Praying it’s not a collapsed lifter. I’ve had it less than a month!

Just to tie this thread off…the dealer was able reset it somehow, and the eject button light is now illuminated, and it works fine. As for the engine trouble, turned out to be a fouled spark plug. All in all, didn’t end up being a terribly expensive endeavor. Could’ve been much worse.
