How to fit 35 or 33 inch tires

I have a stock 2007 tahoe lt and am looking to get either 35 or 33 inch tires, will a leveling kit be enough to fit them or is a lift kit required.

usually a level kit is fine for 33s, 6" lift for 35s. But it's also going to depend on wheel offset and tire width.

33 yes 35 no. Can push a 34 on level. Possible to fit 35 but lots of cutting

Is there a certain leveling kit you would suggest in order to fit 34's, I have been looking at the General Grabber at2 315/70/17's.

Any 2.5/1 kit works fine. Those 315 wide tires will rub the sway bars and fenders. Need to stay between 275-295 for no issues

i was hoping to fit a 305/65/18, which in the brand tire i want is really a 33.5 x 12.2 on a 9 inch wheel. might have to do some more researching..I'm prepaired to cut/ditch my bumper, but not a sway bar.

What offset on a x9 rim? Still think it's going to rub the sway bar and little on corners.
