To begin you'll need an SD card formatted in FAT32. I did this on my Mac using the included Disk Utility.

Next you'll need a video and you need to download HandBrake. You can rip a DVD with Handbrake directly to the type of file the car can play or, if you've already got the movie in a digital format, it can be changed to play in the car.

From my exploration it seems like the system wants you to put music files in the front SD slot and video files in the rear SD slot.

Here are screen shots of the settings I use:

Hey Lyon,

Thanks for the information. Can you upload some larger screen shots? Even clicking them, I can't read the settings.

I am formatting my SD card for FAT32 right now, seems like that will take all day.

Okay, I can't seem to get the screen shot to be higher resolution so I'll just type in the settings I used:

Video:
- Format = MP4 File
- Video Codec = MPEG-4
- Frameraate (FPS) = 23.976 (NTSC Film)
- Select Peak Framerate and Constant Quality

Audio:
- Codec = AAC
- Mixdown = Dolby Pro Logic II
- Samplerate = Auto
- Bitrate = 160

I don't include subtitles.

Hopefully this helps. Let me know if you have other questions and hopefully I can answer them.
