Pull the dipstick, rub some of the oil between your fingers. If it feels gritty, they damn sure didn't change it. Honestly 20 miles that oil should still be translucent for the most part. I would actually drive back to the service department, pull the dipstick right there and ask them if that looks like 20 mile oil to them? Then ask why the oil filter has dirty oil on the bottom of it if it was just changed. Sometimes the service manager may have to get involved, but normally they will make it right.
