I was wondering if anyone knew if the metal on the bumpers was real chrome or if its just polished? If its chrome, how can i paint it?

im far from a expert but u my be able to use a metal primer DIRECT TO METAL PRIMERS & ACTIVATORS (KD2000 & KDA2000 SERIES)
