not sure what you are trying to accomplish but this might help, if not read the owners manualIt's the navigation system if that helps. Thanks!
That’s the old system from 2007-2011. I read the manual and it has nothing on the nav radio just the other one.not sure what you are trying to accomplish but this might help, if not read the owners manual
Just bought the truck and wanted to reset all of the settings and stuff.I’m not sure but more curious about why you want or need to.
I also have a 2018 Yukon and was able to find the reset button in that truck but not the 2012.I did this once, 2015 Yukon. Played around in settings and did a reset but it gives you an option to clear the data in there someplace. Erased previous destinations etc
there is a seperate navigation manual. That archaic nav is the first thing i yanked out of mine, it was outdated before gm even thought about making it.I also have a 2018 Yukon and was able to find the reset button in that truck but not the 2012.
Sweet! Just bought mine for 5k with 98k milesView attachment 418316Goal Wes!!
Not only Nailed it, but gave a link on how to do it. The stupid factory manual will have you jumping all over though. It’s page 59.
Before I deleted the data in our 08 XL Denali I could see the route the previous and only owner took from SoCal to OR for equestrian shows. It used to be a long distance horsey hauler until I got it at 96K.
That truck was pampered and a frick’n deal at $19.5k back in ‘14. The 3rd owner got an even better deal for $12.5k @ 140k miles because the service contract did almost $20k in repairs over a 4 year period until 2020.
