I came across this while looking up brake pads..

Is it safe to say that If you have a traction control switch to turn traction control on and off then you do not have active brake control?

Would this be correct?

I thought you either had Stabilitrak ........OR..........active brake control.

I’m not positive in that.

My vehicle has JL4 and it’s listed as:
JL4 - STABILITRAK-STABILITY CONTROL SYSTEM W/ TRACTION CONTROL

I think NW7 or NW9 would be just Traction Control with out Stabilitrak.

Damn-I am more confused now.

?

No and no. Nothing to do with the TC button.

There are 2 ways to tell. JL4 in the glove box. 6 flexible brake lines vs. 5. If you have 2 over the rear axle instead of 1, you have JL4.
