HUD: heads up display (from a pontiac)

have one on my 02 Buick Park Avenue. And I dont think the windshield has anything to do because I just recently replaced my windshield as it had a large crack. and with the new windshield it still shows up.

Could you not apply some sort of film?

I think you can get the film on ebay.




I still haven't come across a HUD unit in the junkyard yet.
