Humming noise when tightly turning steering wheel, only during cold start and go?

mines still running quiet after the diff fluid was changed. I was able to get it ran though the power train warranty tied ti thr TSB that’s out for it.

2022 Yukon XL - After 2x Differential fluid changes, the noise persisted. It is at the dealer today have the rear differential rebuilt under warranty to address the issue. Stay tuned.

I must say I am having the same issue, only on the first hard turn from a cold start. My assumption was to change the differential fluids and add some anti slip lubricant. There is a anti slip prevention fluid made AC Delco 10-4003 LS lubricant

Refer to the TSB in this tread (up a few, #46), it lists the proper diff fluid to use.
