HVAC actuator clarification

Because I love to confuse myself,
The models with rear air have 4 door actuators, labeled as:
Mode - driver side of HVAC box
Blend - passenger upper
Blend - passenger lower
Blend - rear

Is this correct? I’m trying to go ahead and replace all of mine since at least 1 has failed.
Ordering form rock auto if anyone has a reliable brand suggestion aside from OEM.

There is also a blend (temp) driver side.
I think the passenger upper is the air inlet.

The mode rear is the same part as the temp rear IIRC..

From the wiring diagrams...

Motor-HVAC Temp LH

have fun doing all of them, there is truly no need, the stupid things may last 30 years or they might not, I wouldn't bother doing one unless it failed.
you could replace the good working one and the replacement could fail next week....... no guarantees
I replaced 1 on my 00 in 15 years, and 1 on my 12 in the last 8 years, none on any others.
and oem ones average around $100 each so your looking at $600, plus taking stuff apart that may break in the process, waste of time and money.
you buy cheap aftermarket ones you "might" get cheap results, they are hit n miss
the kicker is most of them are the same from 01/03-2014, if yours fails you can get one cheap at any junk yard
sometimes rockauto's fitment guide is screwy,,,,, there is no reason one would fit a esky from 02-14, suburban 00-14, yukon xl 00-14 and NOT fit a tahoe or yukon exactly the same. there are a crap ton of these in junkyards all over
