My theory on it was Everything off, pull fuse for 10 sec, while you’re waiting push buttons on the unit to drain any residual power, put the fuse in, turn the key on, without starting, wait at least 60 seconds without touching the hvac to let it do whatever it needs to do. I don’t know if it does anything on a manual control, but I think a auto will cycle all its actuators back and fourth to learn their positionsHow would you do this @ks03 ? While running--key on?

I couldn't get it to work... Dorman.....
I couldn't get it to work properly, so I returned it. Lady behind the counter was about to tell me she wasn't going to exchange it because I already exchanged it two other times. Dorman.....
Just get a used one through someone like LKQ online. That’s what I did with my Silverado after I bricked the original while trying to update the firmware. I know mine was digital and yours isn’t but it shouldn’t matter- they sell and ship them. Www.LKQonline.com.I couldn't get it to work properly, so I returned it.
