HVAC question.

I have a 2011 PPV manual HVAC and no matter what position I set the air to come out, it always blows on the drivers feet. The air does change position like it supposed to but it's like the driver floorboard is "leaking". Besides ripping out the entire hvac box is there anything easier fix?

There are multiple blend doors in your truck's HVAC system, and one or more of them appears to be malfunctioning. Do you have, or have access to, a quality bi-directional scanner? If so, you can individually test each of the system's components, an find the source of your issue.

@swathdiver had a great working knowledge of the HVAC system, and he may be able to provide you with some troubleshooting pointers.
