I pulled the battery Didn't found any bad modules with low voltage..

Right now i'm cycling the modules individually

*Note: module #2 and #3 was charged in serial and rose in voltage so capacity on results may differ slightly.
(testing settings on how to work the charger) asetek symbol was added.

Update: looks like the battery had been messed with at some point in the past because of non oem markings only doing discharge (mAh)

initial Voltages shown below.

Charger settings

crazy how these trucks even start with such low capacity cells.

the lowest cell so far was 7.5v to 6volt = 98mAh 1.50% of the original cell capacity of 6500mAh LOL

I have aggressively been attacking that cell with cycling it's at 900mah now..

the weirdest thing is the cells are not even getting warm or hot that is a good sign of low internal resistance

almost complete charging up the Cells going to deep cycle them to try and extract more power out of them
only had one cell that expanded slightly by 3mm already returned to normal

update i let the battery rest for a few days deep cycling them to 5.5volts

6 cells of 40 so far
doing about 4 cells a day

random sample Cell number 28 yielded 268.8 increased mAh Capacity from 679.6 to 948.4mAh average over 5 cycles... additional cycles beyond 3 doesn't seem to add additional Capacity considering this battery is actually 17 years old yeah it is the original factory battery...

i'm keeping a log of the data and will share it with you guys i did lose a few samples of data due to a glitch with the charger

I’d say time to call greenbean for a new battery quote. If they take your old battery for reconditioning they’ll have to respect you know your battery status.

i'm going to get a nexcell just trying to restore some capacity to get it started and to take it to the shop and get the engine fixed first
