i have. depending on which tuner you go with, some offer firmness...some offer rpm adjustments.
i will say this, the ones that offer rpm increases can have a slight issues with timing of the shift...since the newer transmissions are solenoid shifted, you can have a slight overlap in timing of the on/off for each gear. my 2011 z71 tahoe, would try to upshift...stall and then rotate the tire like an old th400 with no wave plates. i had to back that one down slightly.
i want to say the current 17 suburban trans setting i run are this...
firmness increase 15%
shift point raised 150rpm 1-2 / 100 2-3
torque management reduce by 30%, i believe most custom tunes reduce this by 70ish %
