if you can not get the poewer at that fuse to power the compressor there is no point on doing anything else. Try making a new power feed. And leave the pressure switch alone for now.

So on my way to work, the random compressor cycling started back. Is the car running (warming up, etc.) involved in the PCM in any way, which I remember you said could end up being the culprit in this whole deal? It seems to cycle when i've been driving, and then come to a stop/idle (stop lights, drive-thru windows, etc.).
