and remove your seatbelts too, and your child safety seats too. Since that's what they are designed to do... keep you safe. :)

There's very little safety aspect to TPMS sensors other than for people who are too lazy to check tire pressure themselves IMO....

They are designed to do exactly what people have been supposed to do for years which is keep proper pressure in their tires for safety and fuel economy. I think comparing them to seat belts is a little far fetched...

If you're driving, and your tire is leaking air slowly, it will alert you before it goes flat and/or deflates to a dangerous level.

Yup, many people dont check them til they actually see the tire deflated.

Never fear....I will drop by the dealer at my earliest convenience. The messages on the DIC are annoying me! :D the strange thing is that the sensors are still spitting out a reason and they seem to be relatively accurate  strange indeed..... I just hope the dealer does it for free like everyone says they do!

Definitely let me know, man

aaaahhh, sweet relief. I went to my local dealer, notorious for charging customers for everything, and I was in-and-out in under 3 minutes. No charge, no wait, no hassle. Do this and you will feel SO much better.
