Fuel pressure is 60 and yes spark

3 mechanics and no codes? Without knowledge of how performance degraded or any other characteristics of your failure, and a lack of codes, My first guess is your mule's brains have fried. ECM's are easy to replace and they do fail.

Pulled it to my local chevy dealership today as last resort lol. If they find the problem I'll post it on here.
