My Autoride equipped 2001 Tahoe LT rides as if the shocks need replacing. You know how a vehicle floats and wobbles when it needs to have the shocks/struts replaced? It rides like that.

Anyways...I have no Service Autoride Message and when I first start the vehicle or turn the ignition to accessory I can hear the compressor kick on for a short while and then turn back off. It's on for maybe 5 seconds.

The vehicle has 240,000 miles btw & the suspension looks OEM. Thanks!!

I just realized that I didn't actually ask a question. :Insane:

My question is this: Is that just how these vehicles ride? Kinda soft and floating like? How will I know when these components are worn are in need of replacing? Are there any options on firming the ride up? Thanks! :)
