OK, so this isn't Gary's Shoe Store ...

Apparently the tires have a 2014 build date on them and I have a couple of leakers.

Local store chain offers Firestone, Michelin, Kumho, Falken, Summit, Nokian, Blackhawk, Paragon, Bridgestone and a few others, priced anywhere from $101 each to over $300 each.

I don't need high performance, but I need durable and reliable. Driving less than 2,000 miles per year, I don't care so much about 50,000 mile warranties. I don't need the most aggressive tread profile, but I need universal weather and terrain. I don't go 'off-road' at least not intentionally. I just need the best overall values for the money I don't have.

Falken and Michelin are the two I have experience with on this list. I had Falken Wildpeak ATs and they were good. I definitely prefer the BFGoodrich AT3/4 that I have run on my trucks since then but I have no issue with them.
Michelin LTX were the best on road tire I have ever had. Quiet, soft, and good traction.

With your mileage tho, anything “new” will likely perform better than 10yr old tires and be safer as well.

Quiet is key.

I hate the ones you can hear coming a half mile away.

Just my experience, your results may vary. I have been buying mine and my family's tires at Walmart. They offer road hazard warranty, they fix your flat or replace the tire under the warranty. They also stand behind the mileage warranty with no hassles. They have a store in just about every town with extended hours. Unless you're concerned about weight load or towing I'd use about any brand as it sounds like you're not going to wear them out.

I’ve used Uniroyal Laredo Tires on my 2012 Yukon SLE and had no problems whatsoever. I was sold when I bought my 1999 Tahoe LT back in 2000. It was from Canada, right up around Winnipeg. It had Uniroyal NailGuard tires when I bought it. I drove those tires for almost 6 years before they wore out. Problem was they don’t sell the NailGuards in the U.S. But they were Uniroyal so I gave the Laredos a try. They aren’t terribly expensive and they haven’t let me down ever. So you might consider Uniroyal as a reasonable alternative to what you have now. Plus, if you’re near the Canadian border you might check to see if those NailGuards are still available.
