I used one of those hand fluid pumps from harbor frieght and ran the hose down the dipstick tube.

Just wanted to let you know I changed my lines last weekend and all went good. I ordered all cooling lines and the disconnecting tool from Gmpartsdirect.com and decided to do it over the weekend.

First I drained the little radiator in the front and cut both lines from the rubber hose to drain transmission fluid, it did come out much. Then I removed the bolt that keep both lines in the transmission and to my surprise it only drained like 350ml out of it. The real pain was to re route the new lines but after playing with them for a little while I managed to do it. Overall an easy job if you are patient and have the tools to do it. I didn't have to drain the whole transmission and I only had to add 350ml.
