I pulled my tails apart and added something

I was messing around with my tinted tails that I had in the garage and decided to pull them apart and see if I could install some led's. well I had the tails and some led driving lights that I had taken off of my boat. so I fabbed up a holder inside the light used some epoxy to hold them in and 2 little screws. cant see them real great in the daylight but will take pics tonight to see how they look......May be good may not be we will see!

You can't see them cause of the tint!


Good idea though. I have wanted to get rid of the bulbs and switch to LEDs. I don't like the ebay led tails that much and everybody has those.

I have another set of the driving lights and I may pull em apart and add the leds to the top part also....

I woulda conpletely converted tk led. Shitload in rows and then itd look good and bee seeable during the day. And yea the tint is a problem too

It was damn hot enough yesterday just popped clip on top and bottom and then pry them open slowly..

i added a bulb in the top spot on my other tinted tails. the ones i have now dont have the bulbs and i miss the whole lense being lit up :/
