Man, I have the stock sub in my 01 Hoe, its an LT and it has the worst stock stereo I have ever heard in a semi modern vehicle. This so called sub has not bass to it at all. For a as new $38K sticker truck, I cant believe how bad the stereo is. I need to start upgrading bad. Good luck adding some. Let me know how yours goes.

ive seen boxes for shallow 12s that can fit in the back wont that work ???

yes it will work, but keep in mind, if you dont get rid of your 3rd row seats, you will have ZERO space in the back when you open the trunk

Dont run shallow speakers in this.. full size subs will work.. shallow speakers are only cool when you NEED them.. theres 2 or 3 ways to run 3 normal sized 12s.. and if oyu do them firing back or down you still have a lil bit of deck room above them

I have 3 12s facing the gate.. in a sealed box behind my third row.. its a truck style box.. 99% of audio shops prolly have one laying around
