idle control knob

Anybody know of anything that we can use to control the idle level. there is a guy that has a knob to control his idle on his excursion, ill post a link to the video.

Since the early 90's on GM vehicles, the idle has been set from the factory on fuel injected cars. Only way to adjust is with a tune or scan tool.

If you're having an idle problem you need to clean your throttle body.

googled and most products like this I found are for fords....mainly for their diesels for power take off and ambulance etc service. i know some depts have a switch they installed on the chargers to throttle the motor up for higher alternator output but ours dont have it and i have no details on it.

And the fact that we are also drive-by-wire now. Admittedly, I don't know if that would make it easier or more difficult for an interface.
