I am loosing fuel prime to the engine over night so I know the metering block in the basket needs to be replaced, and I have a brand new fuel pump laying there ready to go in, I have to drop the tank to remove the metering block and replace it with the replacement hose, and put the pump in, so I will replace the sending unit as well, because my gauge doesn't work and it isn't the cluster. I have reason to believe that the culprit of the running bad is the ignition module on the distributor, I am going to replace that with a known good one to test that theory, I have no personal means to check the fuel pressure so that will have to be done at a later date. I will post my findings.
