Hey guys can u help me out. I have a 1996 tahoe that is idling extremely fast 1500 rpm. codes pulled showed a bad iac, so i bought a new one. same problem extremely fast idle. if i pull the pcv valve i runs faster. if i pull the vac hose from the passenger side valve cover and plug it idle returns to regular. I know im missing something but im drawing a blank. can you give me some suggestions of where to proceed.
