If I set my Bilstein B8 5100 Series Shocks to max set can I mount Nitto Terras Grappler 315/50R24

I am buying:
2x Bilstein 24-186940 - Bilstein B8 5100 Series Shocks for my front
2x Bilstein 24-187237 - Bilstein B8 5100 Series Shocks for my rear of my tahoe.

For the people that bought them can I set them to max height to install the Nitto Terra Grappler 315/50R24 on a 4x4 2007 chevy tahoe because the potholes in san francisco are killing my 305/35/r24s or will I still need to add a 2.5 inch level kit, and i want the better ride more meat on the tires give.

If you say I need a level kit please advise with the parts for the front and back I seem to only find level fits for the front.

That tire measures 36.54" so you will need a 6" lift to clear it. The shocks will only gain you 2" front if set at highest setting. I prefer a lower strut spacer with the shocks so it doesn't add preload to spring on setting.

So with the 5100s, you'd suggest a lower strut spacer? I currently have a 2.5" Upper spacer, and am looking at adding the 5100s at about 1 inch setting. Thoughts?

No your already maxed out with your angles. Just keep 2.5 and replace shocks at current height.

I have a 2" lower strut spacer and Bilstein 5100's set at 0.6" (one notch up from stock). I barely fit 33.5" tires and am probably going to buy aftermarket UCA's soon because I'm almost maxed out on suspension angles.

01Konvict is right. You'd need at least a 6" lift to fit those wheels/tires.

I just got the new upper control arms and full set of 5100s in this weekend! Now I have to find time to install them! I will post up results
