Ignition 1 Signal 0 volts Engine turns over but wont start! - SOLVED

It occurs to me that you might have a faulty replacement. May I ask what brand you bought?

I purchase a USED OEM ( Tested good ) Ignition switch w/ assembly from Ebay. I came with a new key as well...

Any good fuse that has voltage on one side should have voltage on the other side. It's not a switch unless it's blown; then it's an OFF switch.

Certain fuses will have voltage only when starting or if the circuit is somehow switched before the fuse. Your ignition fuses should have voltage with the key in the RUN position, and maybe in the CRANK position.

Solved! Thanks so much for everyone’s help on this! Ended up being a bad relay. Specfically, it was the “EDU” #5 relay… So happy to have this resolved!
